Virtual and in person therapy throughout Colorado.

Break cycles. Build a more secure, stable relationships.

You might notice things like….

  • Feeling disconnected in your relationship

  • Repeating the same arguments

  • Struggling to communicate without conflict

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or stuck in patterns that never seem to change

Maybe you’ve tried to fix things on your own, but underneath it all, you long for deeper connection, peace, and healing.

This is where I come in…….

Together, we’ll identify the negative cycles keeping you stuck, explore the deeper emotions underneath the conflict, and work toward creating more secure, connected relationships.

Therapy can provide a safe space to process what’s been weighing on you, make sense of painful patterns, and begin moving toward healing, clarity, and connection.

I believe healing happens when people feel seen, understood, and safe enough to be honest about their pain. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships, grow emotionally, and move toward the life and connection God designed you for.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I help people understand themselves more deeply, communicate more clearly, and create healthier, more connected relationships.

My Values as a Therapist

Trust

Trust grows when there is safety in being vulnerable, reliability in showing up, and confidence in knowing you are not alone.

Authenticity

Authenticity means showing up in a way that is genuine, honest, and vulnerable enough to be truly known.
Connection is the experience of feeling seen, fully known, and together in the moments that matter most.
Respect is shown through honor for one another, value for each person’s voice, and consideration in the way we respond and relate.

Connection

Safety is created through acceptance without judgment, emotional security, and genuine compassion for your story.

Faith

Our belief in God gives us hope in uncertainty, trust in His presence, and surrender in the moments we cannot carry on our own.

Less Formally……

I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend.

My husband and I have been married for 27 years. We have four sons, Garrett, Gage, Graham, and Darrick. We have two daughter in laws, and a Goldendoodle, Landry.

I love to work out, read, travel, and make memories. As a former educator and school counselor for 17 years, I find counseling very similar to my work as a teacher and mentor. I know how easy it is to look okay on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or lonely underneath.

I also know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help.

My heart for counseling comes from a deep belief that people are created for connection—not isolation, shame, or simply surviving. So many couples and individuals feel stuck in patterns they never intended to live in, unsure how to move forward or reconnect again.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can finally exhale.

A place where you don’t have to perform, have all the right words, or walk in with everything figured out.

I care deeply about helping people feel seen, understood, and emotionally safe. Whether I’m sitting with a couple who feels distant from one another or an individual carrying anxiety, grief, relational pain, or emotional exhaustion, my goal is to help people slow down enough to understand what’s happening underneath the surface—because that’s often where healing begins.

I believe relationships can heal. I believe people can grow. I believe new patterns can be created. And I believe God often meets us in the middle of our pain, not after we’ve cleaned it all up.

It is truly an honor to walk alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments.
